Portland. The first edition was the book that began it all. Little did Kaie realize in December of 2003 when she had 10,000 newly published eat.shop Portland's jammed into the back of her station wagon and garage, that her little side gig would become a full-fledged series. seven years later, the Portland title is still the most popular in the series. in 2008, Kaie co-authored the fifth edition with Jon Hart, creating the captain and tennille of the city guide stratosphere. Wanting a more earth, wind and fire approach, Camas Davis has joined the team to author the upcoming sixth edition (2010) which has just been released.
