Creating amazing food and drink requires impressive grit, attention to detail, and determination, and our new Kitchen Aprons are designed to take what the kitchen can dish out. To run our brand new options through the paces, we visited the spacious and stylish kitchen at Portland's Simpatica Dining Hall & Catering. Putting our aprons to the test are butcher Kellyn McLean, Bartender Caitlin Mitchell and chef Carl Forsman.
