FINEX Skillets: Precision Tools For Good Food

To gauge the performance of our fine new FINEX skillets we took one for a sizzling test drive. These angular pans are designed to combine age-old cooking sensibilities with high-tech modern design and ergonomics, so we asked a pro chef to throw down and weigh in. Erik Paulsen is a well seasoned hand, with years of experience in kitchens across the Portland scene. He currently designs the menu and chiefs the kitchen at Jackknife, freshly opened in Portland's historic Governor Hotel.
