Oberon Apollo XR Safety Spectacle Red, White & Blue
The Hirschmann family has been involved in the eye protection game since 1942 when Jack Bouton Hirschmann, Sr. started the H.L. Bouton Company. In 1978 Jack Hirschmann. Jr left his father's company and founded Oberon to "focus on specific markets using space-age technology," which they used to develop the first arc flash face shield in the world.
While these American Image series safety glasses aren't intended for welding and won't take you into space, they are intended to keep your peepers free from shop shrapnel, whilst giving the wearer a chance to fly fine American Flag colors. The red, white and blue injection molded nylon frame makes for a catchy and inexpensive eye protection option.
